Peaches Cafe Albany , NY

Phinney Design Group was hired by the owners of Peaches Café in Stuyvesant Plaza to design a long-overdue refresh of the prevalent restaurant’s façade and interiors. The main entry to the café was reconfigured to provide a proper vestibule and prevent unwanted air intrusion for the guests. The interior of the restaurant was completely renovated with new floors, millwork, furniture, ceilings, lighting, and artwork. The popular seating at the bar area was enlarged and enhanced with additional seating and upgraded back bar including antique mirrors, tile, and custom millwork. The restrooms were also upgraded with all new finishes and fixtures. The new palette of finishes and materials reflect a modern, forward-looking aesthetic which compliments the menu offerings and popularity of the venue.
