This Saratoga Springs modern farmhouse residence takes inspiration from the city’s extensive racing heritage and historic architecture. Wide plank board and batten, stained wood timbers and traditional styling contrast with modern finishes and an open floor plan. Traditionally proportioned windows on the street façade provide privacy from the roadside, while expansive window walls overlook the large outdoor patio and in-ground pool. The covered pool cabana functions as the central three-season gathering spot for outdoor entertaining.

Overlooking the Kaydeross wetlands, the building footprint was designed and oriented to exceed NYS Conservation Development guidelines. The home was situated as far as possible from the protected land, allowing all stormwater management to act independently and not disturb the surrounding ecosystem.
