Phinney Design Group provided Schematic Design services for a proposed hotel development in the Adirondack Park located near Schroon Lake. This project is slated to become a branded hotel complex and was designed to reflect the Adirondack style and still meet the stringent Adirondack Park Agency (APA) Approvals.

This 100 room inn provides dining facilities, an indoor pool and stunning views of Schroon Lake.
