Ticonderoga Golf Course Opens $5M Clubhouse Three Years After Fire

Ticonderoga Golf Course has opened its $5 million cedar and pine clubhouse with a restaurant, bar and space for private events, three years after a kitchen fire threatened to put them out of business.

The 12,720-square-foot, two-story building was designed by Phinney Design Group and built by Bonacio Construction of Saratoga Springs.
