The owner of the Queensbury Hotel is planning a $1.75 million ballroom expansion and renovation to accommodate larger weddings and events as bookings grow coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Real estate investor Ed Moore and Spruce Hospitality are working with Phinney Design Group of Saratoga Springs and Environmental Design Partnership of Clifton Park on plans to build a banquet kitchen and reconfigure the ballroom and exhibit space to host weddings and catered events for up to 400 people.
