Demolition is slated to start on Broadway Street in Saratoga Springs, NY in the coming weeks. The new five story mixed-use building was designed to fit seamlessly into the downtown historic architecture, both through traditional detailing and coloring. The building takes inspiration from the United States Hotel, which stood on this site until its demolition in the 1940s.
